  please wear tops with a visible neckline rather than high-necked clothing.

• For body type styling, AVOID:
  ✘ Thick fabrics
  ✘ Shapewear or tight compression garments
  ✘ Stiff denim or textured materials
  as the consultation involves gentle physical assessment by hand.
